ViomX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“ViomX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit viomx.in or use our AI automation platform — including our Customer Support Agent, Email Assistant, Voice Call Bot, AI Lead Hunter, AI Market Research, Business Advisor, Knowledge Base, AI Growth Hacker, and AI Competitive Intelligence products (together, the “ViomX Platform”).

ViomX also builds and operates standalone consumer apps, including Gro4X and Rupexi. Because these apps collect data specific to their own purpose — for example, Rupexi’s handling of financial and open-banking data — each has its own dedicated privacy policy that governs the app in detail: Rupexi Privacy Policy and Gro4X Privacy Policy.
